2026 Harvest Information

HLB District Update – Thursday, October 1, 2026 2:00 P.M.

Hillsboro Yard:   Is open. NIGHT SHIFT employees should report to tonight at 9:30 PM. All DAY SHIFT employees should report to work on Friday, October 2^nd at 7:30 AM.

Reynolds:   The Reynolds receiving station will open tonight at 10 PM, all NIGHT SHIFT employees should report to work tonight at 9:30 PM. All DAY SHIFT employees should report to work on Friday, October 2^nd at 7:30 AM.

Midway:   The Midway receiving station will open tonight at 10 PM, all NIGHT SHIFT employees should report to work tonight at 9:30 PM. All DAY SHIFT employees should report to work on Friday, October 2^nd at 7:30 AM.

Ada West:  The Ada West receiving station will open Friday, October 2nd at 8 AM, all DAY  SHIFT employees should report to work at 7:30 AM.

Ada North:  The Ada North receiving station will open Friday, October 2nd at 8 AM, all DAY  SHIFT employees should report to work at 7:30 AM.

Waukon: The Waukon receiving station will open Friday, October 2nd at 8 AM , all DAY  SHIFT employees should report to work at 7:30 AM.

ACSC and Express Harvest Employees:
Stay Pay Program will be effective as of October 1st for all harvest employees assigned to a shift and station. Stay Pay pays all harvest employees 4 hours pay for any weather event shutdown. Employees must report to work their next scheduled shift to be eligible to receive Stay Pay. Stay Pay hours for Monday-Friday will be paid at regular time (1X) rate. If it occurs on Saturday or Sunday it will be paid at OT (1.5X) rate.

It shall be company policy that American Crystal Sugar Company shareholders are allowed delivery ticket transfers and corrections to be made through the 7th day following the date of station closure to which the delivery was made or October 31, whichever occurs first. Delivery ticket transfer refers to any delivery that is transferred from one contract to another. A service fee of $10 per delivery ticket transfer will apply to all transfers that exceed 3% of a grower unit’s total deliveries, and no delivery tickets will be allowed to be transferred more than one time.

Please email ticket transfers and corrections to Heather Brommenschenkel at hbrommen@crystalsugar.com. The transfer must be sent using your delivery record report. You may highlight or bracket the loads to be transferred, indicate which contract you would like them transferred to, and sign/date.
