ACSC and Express Harvest Employees:
Stay Pay Program will be effective as of October 1st for all harvest employees assigned to a shift and station. Stay Pay pays all harvest employees 4 hours pay for any weather event shutdown. Employees must report to work their next scheduled shift to be eligible to receive Stay Pay. Stay Pay hours for Monday-Friday will be paid at regular time (1X) rate. If it occurs on Saturday or Sunday, it will be paid at OT (1.5X) rate.

It shall be company policy that American Crystal Sugar Company shareholders are allowed delivery ticket transfers and corrections to be made through the 7th day following the date of station closure to which the delivery was made or October 31, whichever occurs first. Delivery ticket transfer refers to any delivery that is transferred from one contract to another. A service fee of $10 per delivery ticket transfer will apply to all transfers that exceed 3% of a grower unit’s total deliveries, and no delivery tickets will be allowed to be transferred more than one time.

Please email ticket transfers and corrections to Kristi Uhlig at kuhlig@crystalsugar.com. The transfer must be sent using your delivery record report. You may highlight or bracket the loads to be transferred, indicate which contract you would like them transferred to, and sign/date.
