Pop Up Blockers and Shareholder Records

If you have pop up blockers loaded on your computer and you are having trouble accessing your shareholder information, please go into the Internet on your computer and do the following:

Click on Tools from the Toolbar at the top of your page
Click on Internet Options (usually the last item to choose on the list)
Click on the Security Tab
Click on Trusted Sites
Click on Sites and add https://web400.crystalsugar.com
Click on Okay
Click on Tools once again
Click on Pop Up Blocker Settings
Click on Add to allow web400.crystalsugar.com.
